MANAGEMENT OF ADHESIVE CAPSULITIS OF SHOULDER JOINT BY SINGLE PLATELET RICH PLASMA INJECTION

Introduction: Adhesive capsulitis is a painful impairment characterized by the restriction of movement shoulder due to adhesions across glenohumeral joint, injection platelet-rich plasma effective treatment reduce pain and restore shoulder.
 Aim: To assess effectiveness single PRP in management adhesive capsulitis.
 Material Methods: This study enrolled 12 patients experiencing for at least 3 months attending our medical college hospital. Patients with were given (4 ml) followed up weeks, VAS scores Disability Index recorded compared baseline scores.
 Result: In present majority females mean duration symptoms was months. Post all have shown significant improvement on pains score, score 2nd, 6th, 12th weeks follow up.
 Conclusion: Present studies conclude that AC more prevalent among which can be treated effectively technique. as simple, safe cost-effective without any adverse effects.
